All of the staff members were excellent co-operating and amicable. The nice service and the attention to detail! Its location near a parish church was perfect. And the area was calm, next to the train station and the water bus ticket office as well as public transport.

The location was super, just off Murano, Burano islands & Lido Island free beach for a swim, main railway station, airport bus, vaporetto stop and cruise terminal and Tronchetto, Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma, in a great area. The breakfast was great with boiled eggs and gluten free options, the best I had in Venice. All the staff was fantastic, settled my issues.

The room I booked was always kept clean and available with bathroom. It had particularly good location, really close to Venice by bus at Piazza di Roma or by train at Santa Lucia, the pier, bus station and supermarket and all the transport links. The lunch in Ristorante da Nino right next to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

Had a lovely stay for a short visit to Venice, everything was perfect. The room I had was large and quiet with a good shower and the staff was pleasant. The location offered was good just off the main bus stop, the bus station for airport bus and cruise terminal, bus station from Airport. Fast food restaurant Kfc was located 5 minutes walk away.

Had 2 nights in this incredibly friendly hotel, spent our time here lovely. We were given a queen room with large windows upon arrival. Location - it was super, a bus station was next to the property. The place was a few steps away from Venice downtown.
